Generell gilt:
- Wir sollen einfach mal drauf hören, was unser Körper uns sagt und uns danach richten. Have fun ;)

Jiddu Krishnamurti once tought 'It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.' I think there's a lot of truth behind this quote. It refers to the widespread perfectionism which is something we are born with nowadays. We are educated to know what's ideal, what is bad or good, what's beautiful or repulsive. There are pictures of those ideals in our minds we are striving for.. And those are the reasons why many people get unsure about themselves. We look around and read quotes like 'Nobody's perfect.' or 'Every being is an individual.', but why the hell are we forced to fit in those ideals anyway?! I was firstly asking myself this question when I was thirteen and trying to find a reason for my eating disorder and why I got to fight it. And sadly I gotta admit that I haven't found the answer to the question yet. But I do know that none of us can change society's idealism. But you can try to change your mind: You have to start loving yourself and doing more things that are really good for you - for your body and mind. But indeed, there is no 'finding-yourself-diet' and no book that needs to be read. It is - exactly like healthy eating or fitness - a way of life.

Since I'm pretty sure about not being the only one who'd love to be able to live a lifestyle like this, me and Laura (@lauras_healthydream) decided to introduce a hashtag called #liveyourselfchallenge. People can post things that help to be more self-confident, successful and motivated to continue our journeys. This could be, for example, sth. about your training, little things you treat yourself with, lists about what you like most about yourself etc.
And don't forget to be creative, there will be a surprise for the one of you using the hashtag in 10 weeks :)
General information:
- You should NOT forbid yourself anything! Try to listen to your body more. Just have fun!
- Forget about the weight! The scale only shows us a silly number that's driving us mad. Try to weigh yourself as few as possible the upcoming months.
- We are a team! Got problems or a bad day? Talk to someone also using the hashtag. It'll help you, I promise.
Yep, I think that's enough first. The whole thing starts on Friday, 05/30 and on 08/08, exactly ten weeks later, there will be a little giveaway.
Lots of love, Anna-Lu :)
